Bet results, withdrawal status, new bonuses — get instant updates on everything the moment you log in. Nothing slips through.
Logging in to 59bd is straightforward for most members, but questions do come up — what to do if you forget your password, what's needed to log in on a new phone, or why a login might not be going through. This page covers all of that in detail.
There are two ways to log in to 59bd — with your mobile number or with your email. Most members in Bangladesh use their mobile number since that's typically what's entered first during registration. That said, logging in with email works exactly the same way. Both methods offer identical security.
After logging in, if you check the "Remember Me" option, you won't need to enter your password again on the same device next time. Only use this on a device that's exclusively yours — not on a shared phone or computer.
59bd will never call you or send an SMS asking for your password or OTP. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from 59bd and asks for this information, it is a scam. Block that number immediately and report it to support.
The most common reasons for login issues are — entering the wrong password (check your Caps Lock), a typo in your mobile number, or a poor internet connection. If you enter the wrong password more than three times, your account may be temporarily locked — in that case, reset your password or contact support.
When you log in to 59bd from a new phone or a new browser for the first time, you may be asked to verify a one-time OTP. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised access to your account. The OTP is sent to your registered mobile number and typically arrives within 30 seconds.
One thing to be clear about — a single person cannot hold more than one account. If you believe there's an issue with your existing account and you need to re-register, contact support first. Creating a new account on your own puts both accounts at risk of permanent suspension.
The entire login process on 59bd typically takes under 30 seconds. With a stable internet connection and your password at hand, there are only a few seconds between signing in and placing your first bet.
